I am committed to delivering a privacy-friendly service to web visitors, blog commenters, customers and subscribers.
I will only ask for your details if you have requested a product or subscribe to my mailing list. As far as it is within my power I will never share your data with anyone or any other company.
When you join my mailing list I will use your name and email address to send you regular updates of my art business; such as information about new paintings, new workshops, exhibitions, my own products such as books and cards, courses etc. Some of the emails I send contain tracking to help me monitor the relevance of the content, so I can improve emails in future and serve and help you better finding the information you are after.
You have the opportunity to opt in or out of my email communications. If at any stage you wish no longer to receive any emails from me you can change your preferences via the links at the bottom of the email footer or contact me and ask to be removed.
When you purchase a product from me, whether a painting, a workshop or any other product, I might require more details than just your name and email. These details I will keep safe on my own secured computer for a reasonable amount of time. I only use your details to deliver the product or service you requested and for no other purposes.
If you are not happy with your purchase of a painting you can return it, assuming it is in perfect condition, within 30 days and you will receive a full refund.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you receive a damaged parcel or painting. If the parcel arrives and the packaging appears to be badly damaged then please make some form of documentation on the delivery note, before opening the packaging. If possible try to open the damaged packaging in the presence of the carrier. If you are unable to, then sign for the goods as “Damaged package, uninspected goods”, so that in the event of a claim against the carrier, both parties are aware where the responsibility lies. Please contact me in the event of any damage so that we can sort this as soon as possible.
All my work has been created with professional and wherever possible archival materials and methods. With the right care, paintings will last for generations to come. I sign all my work on the front of the painting.
